What they say about us?
Real words from the clients we have driven across Nairobi and beyond. Their experience is the standard we hold ourselves to every day.Real words from clients we have driven across Nairobi and beyond.
Urban Wheels is in a league of its own. I needed a Mercedes S-Class for a board meeting and they delivered it to my hotel immaculate, fuelled, and on time. No paperwork headaches, no hidden fees. This is what premium service looks like.

We rented the Alphard for our wedding weekend and it was beyond perfect. The team went out of their way to ensure everything was ready early. Our guests were genuinely impressed. I would not trust anyone else for a special occasion.

Urbanwheels made my car rental experience seamless. The vehicle was clean, well-maintained, and the booking process was fast and secure. I’ll definitely be using them again! Highly recommended!

I hired a chauffeur and a Range Rover from Urban Wheels for a full week of client meetings across Nairobi. The driver knew every route, arrived early each morning and the car looked brand new every single day. It made a real difference in how my clients saw me.

From the first call to the final handover, everything was smooth. The Lexus was spotless and the price was exactly what we agreed, with nothing added at the end. I have already recommended Urban Wheels to my colleagues and I will keep booking them for airport runs and events.
